Most of the classes I offer are for women only.

However, an ongoing number of men contact me for training, including SDA, private lessons, and other classes listed on the Class page of the website. So I do offer mixed classes for both men and women, and those will be noted on the Schedule page of the website as mixed classes. This gives husbands and wives an opportunity to take classes together. I also teach private lessons to men.

I send out a monthly newsletter to women that informs them of upcoming classes. If you are a man who wants to stay informed of upcoming mixed classes, Email me and I will put you on an Email list to let you know when I schedule them.
